Covid-19 PROTOCOLS
During these current times we want you to know what to expect from us here at Pet-Agree Professional Pet Services. If you are sick or have been out of the country in the last 2 weeks we ask you to contact us immediately to reschedule your pet’s appointment. Please continue to use your personal judgment in your personal health care. Remember to wash your hands vigorously with warm water and soap or use hand sanitizer.

When we are informed of any concern of infection we will follow our protocol as we have during the original outbreak. Those protocols are as follows. If you want us to do so for your comfort please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Out brake Protocol:
1- For everyone's safety we ask for only ONE FAMILY MEMBER in our lobby at one time. This will allow us to keep things sterile and clean between interactions.
1A- We will be placing our own nylon slip leads on your pet and asking you to remove your pets collars and leash. This allows us to disinfect and sterilize the leads in between each client interaction.
2- We will process your payment for you until Tuesday 5/12/20.
2A- If in person, we ask you remain in possession of your credit card and provide us with the necessary information to enter manually. We will sign for you and provide a printed copy or emailed receipt.
2B- If you prefer to stay in your car please call us at 812-481-9015. We will process everything and provide curbside service for you.
3- Curbside service can be for drop off or pickup. Call from your car we will send a staff member out with our own leash to retrieve or deliver your pet/s. We will also place purchases in your vehicle, in the trunk or back seat if you wish.
4- Pet Taxi service is always available for a small monetary amount. This can help during this social distancing time to keep your pet on a regular schedule. We will pick up and drop off, in a secure location of your choosing, at your home.
